PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is largest cellular operator as its contr ols about 50% of the Indonesian cellular market. As at the end of December 2014, Telkomsel maintains 140 million active cellular subscribers, both pre paid and post paid subscribers. Headquartered in Jakarta, Telkomsel is owned and managed by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom Group), the state-controleld telecommunciation services provider. At present, 65% of Telkomsel's shares are held by Telkom Group and  35% remaining shares by Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd, a unit of Singapore’s SingTel Group. In term of financial performance, Telkomsel recorded a satisfiying financial result in 2014. According to Telkomsel Annual Report 2014 as cited by indokerja.net, total revenue grew by 10.36% from the previous year, from Rp 60.03 trillion in 2013 to Rp 66.25 trillionin 2014. Total net income went up by 11.85% from Rp 17.34  trillion 2013 to Rp 19.40 trillion in 2014.
