Universitas Diponegoro - UNDIP or Diponegoro University is one of the largest state universities in Indonesia, based in Semarang, the capital city of Central Java province. Commen ced operations in 1956 as a private university under the name of Semarang University. In 1960, this private university was officially organised as a state university under the name of Universitas Diponegoro. According to UNDIP's profile as cited by lowongankerja.in, UNDIP now hosts 11 faculties providing courses at the undergraduate (S1), graduate (S2/S3) and diploma (D3) levels. The University now has 7 campuses, located at Pleburan Semarang, Tembalang Semarang, Gunung Blintik Semarang, Kalisari Street Semarang, Ade Irma Suryani Street Jepara, Mlonggo Jepara, and Teluk Awur Jepara.

- Application letter, hand written with black ink and signed by applicant and write the desire position (application letter addressed to Rektor Universitas Diponegoro Semarang);
- Legalized copy of educational diploma and transcripts;
- Copy of accreditation certificate (D3/S1/profession);
- Curriculum Vitae (CV);
- Color photographs 3x4 cm in red background (2 sheets).
