1. Finance Digital Services
Requirement:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Product Management
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Understanding Telco eco-system, product and project life cycle.
- The resource would be primarily responsible for driving product innovation and pre sale alliances in mobile financial services.
2. IT Infra Manager
Requirement:
- Servers- Expert level
- Red Hat Linux operating system- Expert level
- VMware- Expert level
- Storage- Expert level
- Network- Expert level
- Security- Expert level
- Database (Oracle & MySQL)-Intermediate Level
- Shell Scripting will be added advantage
- Capable of performing a broad range of technical functions.
- Ability to create and update documentation.
- Ability to interact with multiple teams simultaneously (Operation, Development, Network, Security, Database & Infrastructure)
- Experience working in a service oriented environment.
- Knowledge of execution tools ( Trouble Ticketing system like Siebel)
- ITIL Certified
3. Digital Product Manager
Requirement:
- Must have understanding of development cycle
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Computer Science or other relevant field.
- Over 3 years of solid work experience in B2B product management, marketing, mobile, local online/digital advertising, ecommerce or related industry. Knowledge of Sales and Operations is a plus
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Strong client relationship management (CRM) capabilities
- Proven experience of creating business and finance models, analytics, pricing, marketing and business reporting
- Self motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Great passion for product development and interest in technology, advertising and mobile
4. Junior IT Engineer
Essential Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Linux based server and desktop operating systems, networks and office systems. Familier with servers and their mounting to racks.
- Installation of OS, maintance, troubleshooting, LAN, VLAN, Switches, Routers, Hubs.
- Excellent communication skills (telephone and face to face). Being able to communicate in Bahasa and 'plain English' is at least as important as good technical skills
- Previous experience in first or second line IT Support
- The ability to learn quickly – we don't expect you to be an expert now, but we want you to become one quickly!
- A self‐starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team
- Prepared to be flexible and open‐minded about all aspects of the job
- Driving license and own transport essential
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous IT operation experience
- any IT or Infra Certifications will be more preferable
5. Project Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in core project management with mobile applications, project delivery.
- Must have delivered/managed at least 3-5 projects end to end.
- Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA/MCA is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable,
- Deep understanding of common Agile practices and service-oriented environments. Scrum Master Certification is a plus. Familiar with project planner and Jira/Asana
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives and business value creation
- Experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, risk management and resource allocation,
- Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient,
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization. Can work with CXOs level staff.
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
- Track and provide updates for daily/weekly/monthly project progress
- Must be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information,
- The ability to frame technical solutions/options and negotiate business acceptance,
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- This role demands account management skills (Client relationship management skills with core project management).
- Highly accountable and responsible.
6. Full stack designer / UI UX Front end developer
- Knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
- A good working knowledge of UX and Interaction Design
- A g ood working knowledge of UI design for web and mobile apps
- Experience with responsive design is a must
- A good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- And expertise in HTML5/XHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript/JQUERY, including bootstrap.
- Have used at least one JS Framework
- Experience of delivering UI design projects to budget and deadlines
- Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
- Good understanding of digital business is a must
- Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies and principles is an advantage
